Our beautiful large homes book well in advance, so we do have a Strict Cancellation Policy.  We do offer Travel Insurance policy.

  1. 1 day after confirmation: $1000.00 Non-refundable
  2. 6 months prior to arrival: $2000.00 Non-refundable
  3. 0-90 days prior to arrival: 100% of the rental fee is Non-refundable
